How can I figure out which size fits me?
We make sure to write detailed information in the description of every product so that you understand its fit, and we always mention the size worn by the woman in the corresponding photo.
What are the MFF studio hours?
You can reach us by phone from Monday to Friday, from 10.00-18.00. One day each month we have our Studio Day Off, for which we provide updates on Social Media.
How do I buy a GIFT CARD?
You can buy a GIFT CARD as a gift by selecting it through our online shop and choosing the amount you desire. By entering the recipient's Email, we send it, and they can redeem it within one year of its purchase.
How do I care for my MFF products?

If a product is SOLD OUT, will it come back?
We restock and update collections every week. You can stay informed either via Social Media or via the NOTIFY ME option on the specific product's tab.
Do you have a physical store?
We have been an exclusively Online Shop since 2010. At the same time, we organize MFF Bazaars and Events at our space where we meet in person and you can see & shop from our collections.

How do I track the progress of my order?
As soon as your parcel leaves us, you receive an email with its tracking number. You can then search for your parcel either via ACS or via BOX NOW. See details about our shipments here.
What are the available payment methods?
We provide the options of Cash on Delivery, Debit/Credit Card , Google Pay, Apple Pay, IRIS Online Payment, Klarna & Paypal. In case of a GIFT CARD, you can also pay using this method.
In how many days can I pick up from ACS & BOX NOW?
The order remains for pickup at your local ACS store for 10 calendar days, until its returned back to our company. If you have chosen to pick up from a BOX NOW locker, your parcel will be available for 48 hours after the arrival notification, with the possibility of extending the stay for an additional 24 hours through their website.
How do I return a product?

What do I do if I receive a defective product?
You need to contact us immediately, without letting days pass from the receipt of the product. We will need photos of the product's defect, and then, after consultation with our team, you will proceed with its return so that we can either replace it or issue a refund.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can, as long as it hasn't left our premises. In case the order has already been shipped, you can of course follow the return process if you wish, always including the receipt of purchase.
Where do I find the receipt of purchase?
The receipt of purchase is located inside your parcel in printed form.
When will I receive the refund in my account?
Within 10 working days from the arrival of your parcel to us.
How do I know if my order has been completed?
Once your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation Email from us. Remember to check your spam folder as well.
Which countries do you ship to?
Besides Greece, you can receive your MFF parcels in Cyprus and all EU countries.
