What to Know

  • Returns are handled by our team within 7 days from their arrival at our offices.
  • You have the option to return either your entire order or part of it.
  • You can choose either a refund or the a credit to your account for a future purchase.
  • We accept back products that are unworn, with all tags attached. (Please ensure during the preparation of the return package that the products are secured so they arrive in their original condition)
  • You can return the desired product within 21 calendar days of receipt.

Refund

It's necessary that the package you send back to us includes the purchase receipt.

  1. Prepare your package safely, including the purchase receipt and the return form with the "Refund" option selected.
  2. Return your products via ACS (stating charge to recipient).
    If you choose BOX NOW, follow the procedure here.
    In both cases no payment is required at the time of shipment; the cost will be deducted from your final refund amount.
  3. The refund deposit is completed by our team within 10 business days.

Important Note:
Refund Amount = Product Value – Return Shipping – Initial Shipping (If the initial shipping was FREE & and the remaining value of the items you kept in total is less than 60€)

Return Costs:

• BOX NOW: 1.5€ Return Cost (Initial Shipping: 2€).
• ACS: 2€ Return Cost (Initial Shipping: 3€)

Credit Coupon

It's necessary that the package you send back to us includes the purchase receipt.

  1. Prepare your package safely, including the purchase receipt and the return form with the "Credit" option selected.
  2. Return your products via ACS (stating charge to recipient).
    If you choose BOX NOW, follow the procedure here.
    In both cases no payment is required at the time of shipment; the cost will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Once we receive your return, we will inform you via email about the credit to your account. You will be able to utilize this amount for a future purchase within one year of your return.

Cyprus & EU Delivery

For these regions, we exclusively perform refunds.
• The return shipping charge back to us, is at the sender's expense.
• The refund amount will be deposited within 10 business days.

Important Note for Cyprus:
Refund Amount = Product Value – Initial Shipping (If the initial shipping was FREE & and the remaining value of the items you kept in total is less than 150€)

Extra usefull info :

•If you receive a defective product, please inform us immediately so we can assist you.
• We do not accept products that have been washed or worn beyond their initial trial.
• If your package arrives altered or torn by the transport company, please inform us immediately and do not accept the delivery.
