RETURNS

What to Know

  • Returns are handled by our team within 7 days from their arrival at our offices.
  • You have the option to return either your entire order or part of it.
  • You can choose either a refund or the issuance of a credit to your account for a future purchase.
  • We accept back products that are unworn, with all tags attached. (Please ensure during the preparation of the return package that the products are secured so they arrive in their original condition)
  • You can return the desired product within 21 calendar days of receipt.

Refund

A necessary condition is that the package you send back to us includes the purchase receipt.

  1. Prepare your package safely, including the purchase receipt and the return form with the "Refund" option selected.
  2. Return your products exclusively via ACS (stating charge to recipient).
    If you choose BOX NOW, follow the procedure here. No payment is required at the time of shipment; the cost will be deducted from your final refund amount.
  3. The refund deposit is completed by our team within 10 business days.

Refund Calculation:

• Refund Amount = Product Value – Return Shipping – Initial Shipping.
• Note: Initial shipping is only deducted if it was originally Free and the remaining items you kept in total is less than 60€.

Return Costs:

• BOX NOW: 1.5€ Return Cost (Initial Shipping: 2€).
• ACS: 2€ Return Cost (Initial Shipping: 3€)

Credit Coupon

Once we receive your return, we will inform you via email about the credit to your account. You will be able to utilize this amount for a future purchase within one year of your return.

Cyprus & International

For these regions, we exclusively perform refunds.
• The return shipping charge back to us, is at the sender's expense.
• The refund amount will be deposited within 10 business days.

Extra usefull info :

•If you receive a defective product, please inform us immediately so we can assist you.
• We do not accept products that have been washed or worn beyond their initial trial.
• If your package arrives altered or torn by the transport company, please inform us immediately and do not accept the delivery.

Right of Withdrawal :

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the last item of your order, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the last item in your order. If the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next business day.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may submit a return request directly from your account or contact us. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of our receipt of the returned goods.

Note: Return shipping costs (ACS: €2, BOX NOW: €1.50) are deducted from your refund amount.
